Certified!
Inline X has accomplished no less than three certifications according to ISO, the International Organization for Standardization. The certification expresses Inline X’s commitment to professional business management.
The three standards are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
“This is confirmation that we work in a structured and systemic way, and always seek improvements. Achieving this certification so early is a milestone for our young company. It is like we have been through a confirmation and got proof that we can finally define ourselves among the adults,” says Inger Helene Hals. She is Vice President HSEQ and HR at Inline X and has been in charge of the certification process.
Quality management
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system based on a number of quality management principles, includinga strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement.
"Certification according to ISO 9001 is a 3rd party confirmation that Inline X now operates in a documented, structured and systematic way according to predefined requirements,” explains Hals.
Environmental performance
ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance.
“ISO 14 001 certification assures Inline X's stakeholders that we act within and extend beyond the requirements of the legislation, while at the same time regularly document and register improvements to ensure that we do not negatively affect the environment,” Hals says.
Health and safety
The third ISO certification relates to occupational health and safety.
The certification according to ISO 45 001 shows that Inline X goes beyond the legislation in ensuring broad participation as well as a continuous improvement of the physical and psychological working environment.
